My story

Born into & raising my own outdoor-loving family, I love spending time outside. Seasoned sales professional, passionate skier and dedicated daily mover. Classical Pilates has helped me recover from a knee injury, postural imbalances, and the management of my migraine and ADHD symptoms. 

As a ballerina in my younger years I had amazing flexibility and loved the feeling of being long and strong. Years of running, hiking, water play & tennis kept me captivated with being outside and active, but repetitive movement and hormones threw me for a 10 year loop of injury, depression and lacklustre progress in my sports.

At 51 I decided to embark on the adventure of turning my love of pilates and classical dance into a new chapter of my life. Studying with Canada’s best Classical Instructor with lineage from Joe Pilates himself has allowed me to become Comprehensively Trained in the Classical Method. More important than my physical transformation I have gained my confidence is back, I have never skiied this well and my energy, headaches and hormones are responding just the way I wanted.
