TLG uses the Classical Pilates method for strengthening that lasts. Creating passion for mountain-minded athletes. Whether that is Alpine skiing, hiking, xc, paddle boarding, tennis, golf and walking the puppies this is precision that will elevate all your games.

  • Broad range of Pilates from private to group. All classes are tailored to individual clients needs

  • I am a classically trained teacher who is rooted in the original method. Classes build on each other as students learn the apparatus, movements and mind-body connection

  • Comfortable apparel with no metal zippers or snaps. The classical apparatus does not like metal. Not too baggy so we can ensure movements are accurate.
